1. Using this site and Kini

The site, Kini and the Leak Calculator give general information to help you think about your business. You make your own decisions. Please don't type private details about your clients into any box.

2. About the AI

Kini is an AI. Code works out the scores, picks the tools and does the math; the AI writes the explanations. AI can make mistakes, so check anything important. Results are general guidance, not legal, tax, medical, investment or financial advice.

3. No guarantees

Leak numbers are estimates built from your own answers, shown as ranges. They show revenue at stake, not profit. We do not promise any result, saving or increase in sales.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax. Kinward does not charge HST at this time.
• Roadmap Plus and Roadmap + Session are one-time payments through Stripe. Your private access link works for 30 days.
• Refunds: Roadmap Plus is refunded on request within 14 days. Roadmap + Session is refunded in full if you cancel before the call.
• Audits, projects and monthly support are invoiced, with the price and terms agreed in writing before work starts.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Tools are recommended on fit. No vendor pays for placement. If we ever use an affiliate link, it will be labelled.

6. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, Kinward Advisory is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, from using the site, Kini or the Leak Calculator. If we are responsible for a loss, the most we will owe is what you paid us in the 12 months before it. These terms follow the laws of Ontario and Canada.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
